At Tretify, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must also be in its original packaging.

 


 

Change of Mind & Cancellations

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for orders due to a change of mind or cancellations.
  • Health and Hygiene: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Refunds

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
